Fusion –
A unique combination of Pilates and fitness rolled into one. Strengthen your core, increase your aerobic fitness and shed those few extra kilos. Low impact, high energy and fantastic fun.
Pilates –
Core strength. Aligning your posture, pulling it back to its ‘neutral alignment’. A strengthening and corrective exercise working on your core abdominals, and pelvic floor to make it work as one whole being.
Dru Yoga –
Both graceful and powerful. Its distinct feature is that it strengthens the field of energy surrounding the heart, whilst maintaining core stability. It also harmonises your body, mind and emotions.
Hatha Yoga –
Known in our centre as Heart Yoga, Hatha is a gentle class that incorporates postures, breathing and meditation. Work the postures to your own level leaving you calm, stretched and strengthened.
Satyananda Yoga –
A very gentle yoga. Breathing techniques and soothing postures followed with a beautiful and in depth meditation. A soft, flowing class ideal for the beginner or older person looking for gentle exercise.
Synergy Yoga –
Gentle and peaceful breathing techniques and practical musculoskeletal stretching and strengthening program. Improve your posture and flexibility, balance the mind and release tension. Deactivate the stress!
Meditation –
Will bring you awareness, enabling you to free your mind from all the stresses that are troubling you, and allow you to create inner peace within yourself.
